Meet the Team

Michael Rooke

Founder/Principal

Michael is the founder and principal of AttitudeWorks. He has more than 30 years’ experience helping businesses improve the motivation and skills of their leaders, sales professionals, project managers, and teams.

With clients ranging from small-business owners to directors at blue-chip organisations, Michael’s experience spans many industries. Including technology, pharmaceutical, telecommunication, manufacturing, education and financial.

Michael’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Education (Adult) and an Associate Diploma in Adult Education from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). As well as a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems.

Michael’s ability to deliver results is demonstrated through his record of developing long-term relationships with clients, and his customer and performance-centric approach.

Andy Rooke

Excecutive Consultant

Andy is an accomplished CEO, General Manager and Commercial Manager. He has experience across a diverse range of blue chip businesses including retail, manufacturing, mining and support services.

Today Andy provides consulting, training and coaching services to organisations to build leadership capability. As well as support increased operational discipline and standards.

Andy’s own experience in a variety of senior leadership positions has given him first hand understanding of the challenges faced by leaders.

His strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly understand business drivers and align teams and processes to achieve improved results, has made him a valuable asset to the clients he partners with.

He has a practical and straightforward approach. This enables him to build effective coaching relationships with leaders at all levels of an organisation. Andy has a strong learning orientation. His belief is that it is important for us all to understand our current development gaps so that we can become great leaders.
