Michael is the founder and principal of AttitudeWorks. Michael has more than 30 years’ experience helping businesses improve the motivation and skills of their leaders, sales professionals, project managers, and teams.
With clients ranging from small-business owners to directors at blue-chip organisations, Michael’s experience spans many industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, telecommunication, manufacturing, education and financial.
Michael’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Education (Adult) and an Associate Diploma in Adult Education from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), and a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems.
Michael's ability to deliver results is demonstrated through his record of developing long-term relationships with clients, and his customer and performance-centric approach.
Peter Sullivan
Peter has more than 30 years experience developing high performance leadership, sales and work teams. Peter helps good people get even better. He works with businesses to motivate their people to do the high pay-off activities they often don't like to do.
Peter's work is at the leading edge of research on the psychology of behavioural change and achievement. He is a leading authority on the business application of emotional intelligence, learned optimism and high performance work strategies to maximise results.
He has featured on television, in the 'Financial Review' and the ABC science program 'All In The Mind' for his expertise in this area.

Andy Rooke
Andy is an accomplished CEO, General Manager and Commercial Manager with experience across a diverse range of blue chip businesses including retail, manufacturing, mining and support services.
Today Andy provides consulting, training and coaching services to organisations to build leadership capability and support increased operational discipline and standards.
Andy’s own experience in a variety of senior leadership positions has given him first hand understanding of the challenges faced by leaders.
His strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly understand business drivers and align teams and processes to achieve improved results has made him a valuable asset to the Client’s he partners with.
He has a practical and straightforward approach which enables him to build effective coaching relationships with leaders at all levels of an organisation. Andy has a strong learning orientation, believing it is important for us all to understand our current development gaps so that we can become great leaders.
